With exceptional personal communication skills and, perhaps more importantly, excellent listening skills, David assists organisations by understanding and identifying customers business needs and then intelligently implements technology to facilitate the execution of those needs.

David has managed large International businesses in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries including Pfizer, Schering AG, American Cyanamid and ICPbio, the latter involved channel management worldwide.

Steve Maher – Telecommunications Consultant

Steve has 34 years experience consulting in the Telecommunications and IT industry covering operational, strategic, and remedial roles.

With a focus on all aspects of voice and mobile communications and management, Steve’s experience covers both client and vendor roles in telecommunications strategy, management, sales, support, design and implementation in a number of major industry segments including Telco, Banking, Manufacturing and Government.

He adopts a pragmatic outcome-based approach with a holistic view to provide the most appropriate, workable and supportable solutions of maximum value to the business. This includes Business need, solution proposal/design/implementation, BAU support and issue analysis and remediation.

Steve’s signature is project implementations with minimal BAU interruption.

Chris Poulter – Telecommunications Consultant

Chris is a strategist, transformation agent and solution architect, specialising in ensuring business strategy is enabled by technology strategy and that the subsequent technology improvements deliver significant business outcomes and competitive advantage. He has held CIO roles in the transport, franchise and finance sectors. He has worked internationally in Project and Programme Management for large global companies such as Wells Fargo Bank, Oracle and Toyota.

Outside work Chris is a surfer and sailor with over 15,000 ocean miles under his belt. He is an explorer who thrives on the challenge of architecting and implementing innovative solutions that are focused on targeted commercial outcomes.
