Des has built proven methodologies and processes around telecommunications procurement and management, that are now considered best practice. This includes developing unique benchmarking systems that for the first time consider the contract life cycle.

 

Des looks to build close relationships between his clients and their telecommunication providers to maximise service and value. With exceptional personal communication skills and, perhaps more importantly, excellent listening skills, David assists organisations by understanding and identifying customers business needs and then intelligently implements technology to facilitate the execution of those needs.

David has managed large International businesses in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries including Pfizer, Schering AG, American Cyanamid and ICPbio, the latter involved channel management worldwide.
